Lease contract of Hamidah Khanum, ʻIffat Khanum, and Kazim Tabatabayi Vakili, 1953
Hamidah Khanum, ʻIffat Khanum, and Kazim Tabatabyi Vakili, have rented the grain and almond crop and 98 hours and 45 minutes of water use from the Hasht Bulagh qanat in Angushtjan village for three years (from March 1953 to March 1956) to Haji Aqa Qasimi. A note on the margin mentions that the tax for the grain, almonds, and water use is set by the government and should be paid by the owner.

Settlement of a garden, 1836
The document reads, in part: Aqa ʻAbd al-Majid (son of Haji Muhammad Ismaʻil) settled a garden to his wife, Bibi Kuchak, the daughter of Haji Ramazan (son of Haji Muhammad), for three tumans. It was agreed to settle the garden's produce [collected] from the time of this contract [up to 23 October 1837] for ten dinars. Moreover, if the seller returns the products [on 23 October 1837] to the buyer, the buyer can revoke the sale and take the money back. December 5th, 1836." On margin: "Again, Aqa ʻAbd al-Majid settled whatever ownership rights over his property he had to his wife. 1837 or 1838.

Rental agreement of a qanat
Sayyid Muhammad Zari‘ rented a qanat at Jawshaqan Astarak from the wife of Mujtahid and daughter of Muhammad Ibrahim (the merchant) for an annual rate of 36kg of wheat, 36kg of watermelon and 36kg of cotton boll (not including delivery costs). The lessee is responsible for dredging costs and taxations.

Settlement of properties inherited from Zaynab Bibi, 1858
After the death of Zaynab Bibi (the daughter of ʻAbd al-Rasul and wife of Aqa Mirza known as Aqa ʻAbd al-Saniʻ), all of her belongings and properties were transferred to her husband because she had no children with him. He owned them for a while, after which he settled his ownership rights to these properties to Sayyid Muhammad, the son of Sayyid Jaʻfar, for 12 tumans. February 28, 1858.

Settlement between Fatimah and Mulla ʻAbbas, 1845
Settlement between Fatimah, wife of Haj ʻAli Akbar, and Mulla ʻAbbas, son of the late Mulla ʻAbd al-Razzaq, exchanging an orchard, known as Haj Rabiʻ garden, located in Chaharsang in Bidabad, for forty-eight tumans and sixty mans [unit of weight] of apricots, apples, plums, and pears from the orchard.

Letter probably from Qahraman Mirza Salur (‘Ayn al-Saltanah) with a list of daily expenses; writing from Alamut, Qazvin, he talks about his bad health and expresses his disappointment that the recipient had not told him about her/his journey to Mecca, while also asking her/him to sacrifice a sheep on his behalf. ‘Ayn al-Saltanah also talks about his intention to travel to Beirut to visit Hurmuz Mirza [his nephew]. He asks about the well-being of Fakhr al-Mulk [probably his brother-in-law, Fakhr al-Mulk Ardalan] and his wife and expresses his satisfaction that Zari is accompanying the letter...
